2cr. Expands on recording techniques, including the use of audio effects, mixing, mastering, and advanced microphone techniques. Students will also learn the basics of multi-tracking, using Pro Tools and Logic.

2cr. Introduces the basics of desktop production and MIDI sequencing. Using tools Logic Pro and Ableton Live, students will learn about MIDI, synthesizers (additive and subtractive), additional plugin use and techniques, and the differences between use of such tools both in-studio and live.
